A User Story

We needed to explain our algorithms. So we wrote a children's book.

We often get questions about how Aampe does what it does. This presents us with a quandary. On one hand, what we do is complicated - we use a lot of different algorithms that can be hard to explain to someone who doesn’t deal with those things on a regular basis. On the other hand, even customers without a technical background - perhaps I should say, especially those customers - often want and should expect to understand the technical stuff well enough to decide whether to trust it and how to use it well. We wanted to do a better job with those kinds of conversations. 

So we wrote a children’s book.

A User Story walks through all of our major analytic capabilities through the perspective of an individual user (represented by a talkative orange dot). Our hope is that this makes our analytic capabilities more accessible to everyone.
